Why Solar
The sun is one of the most renewable resources on the planet. As an energy resource, it’s one of the cleanest sources available, and it returns day after day to repeat the cycle. The sun is nature’s solution to traditional energy generation.Getting involved with solar is a smart venture for any organization. Companies across the province are realizing the additional revenue while demonstrating a commitment to being a good corporate citizen.
The benefits of adopting commercial-scale solar are vast. Just some advantages include:
- Predictable generation pattern, most efficient during peak utility rates;
- Speed of installation is much faster than other traditional or renewable power methods;
- Production of energy in a local capacity, lessening our need for high-voltage transmission systems;
- Continued reduction of our dependence of fossil fuels;
- Offsetting the need for polluting, expensive and inefficient power plants designed wholly to meet peak demand;
- The creation of clean, renewable and sustainable energy that will support happy, healthy future generations;
- Installations that are quiet, aesthetically unobtrusive, and do not produce polluting emissions;
- Job creation in your local community
- Creating clean, environmentally sustainable energy that is a kinder way to power future generations
More and more, people are realizing that solar just makes sense. It’s simple and low maintenance – after panel setup is complete, the system is virtually maintenance-free. The sun does the rest of the work.
