NO ROOFTOP PENETRATIONS

Our installation ensures that the integrity of your rooftop is maintained. We have chosen mounting brackets and panel systems that do not require penetrations or reinforcements. Our panels are mounted with a lower panel angle (10-15 degrees) to reduce wind load.

Static loads are typically less than 6lb/sq ft, well within the existing limits of most roof structures.

Low-angle panels are less visible and are unlikely to affect building curb appeal.

ROOF MAINTENANCE OR REPLACEMENT

We want to ensure access and maintenance of your roof is a simple process. We will remove a string of panels, once every five years, at no charge. In the event that a leak in the roof needs to be repaired, we will respond within a few hours, 7-days a week, in emergency situations.

We will clearly define the removal and replacement cost of our entire panel system, $20K per 35,000 sq ft, should you have to replace your roof system.

We will address any concerns about warranties from roofing manufacturers on a site specific basis.

OTHER BENEFITS

Unlike other green investments, the building owner and tenants will have the benefit of marketing the green aspects of solar electricity without taking on any financial risk. As part of our installation, we are able to provide owners with tracking via the Internet and monitoring for tenants and customers to see a real-time chart of the solar energy being generated on their rooftops.

The landowner will be able to offset their electricity from "dirty" sources with 100% clean power.
