Solar Power Network is affiliated with a family of environmental companies including Green Living Enterprises and Investeco Capital.

SPN’s President is Peter Goodman a Professional Engineer and former Chief Engineer of TELUS Corp. He has extensive experience from TELUS Mobility in acquiring, building and operating 100’s of infrastructure sites on leased rooftop space across Canada.

Steve Eng is our VP Engineering. Steve has designed/built more than 100 solar PV systems integrated with Hydro utilities across Ontario. SPN is using similar solar PV design and technology as was recently completed for Hydro One in Brampton.

Marc Masotti of Masotti Construction is our VP Project Management. Since 1950, his firm has been developing industrial/commercial buildings in southwestern Ontario. Over the past decade, the company has constructed rooftop and ground-based sites for the mobile phone industry including TELUS, Rogers, and Bell.
